Trip Overview:
The main event of this adventure will be the completion of “The Dirtbag Classic.” An unorthodox, counter-cultural party marathon originally hosted on the coast of San Diego, except this time, we’re upping the ante. We will be running a 50k through the heart of the Isle starting from the northern most point, Rubha Hunish, to the spectacular Fairy Pools Waterfall. The route includes both trail and gravel terrain.
The remainder of the trip includes two nights of camping — on the point of Rubha Hunish and on the summit of Quirang Peak, cold water surfing, local pub crawls and opportunities to connect with the local Scottish community and learn a little bit more about their culture.

This is not the trip to bring several pieces of bulky luggage. This is built for backcountry adventure. We recommend packing everything into one 50L backpack.

*Weather will average highs in the mid 50’s and lows in the mid 30’s. It’s Scotland…. There’s a high chance of rain at some point of our journey so pack appropriately.*

These trips are not designed for kick back leisure or sitting at a cozy resort. Yes, we will have proper accomodations 5/7 nights but this trip is designed to take you out of comfort zone. We ask that everyone who joins to embrace the discomfort and lean into connecting to the incredible location, local culture and community of our crew.
